Delete Your Account

Depth Vector is operated by Klein Outdoors, LLC, doing business as Depth Vector, based in Minnesota, United States of America. You can delete the account used for trials, memberships, and optional sharing. A verified recovery email is required before store subscriptions are available.

Delete In The App

Open Settings, choose Data Sharing, then choose Delete Service Account. Confirm the request to permanently remove your account and its associated information stored online.

Request Help

If you cannot use the in app control, email [email protected] with the subject Depth Vector Account Deletion. We will help you identify your account and verify your request. Do not send passwords, sign in codes, or payment information.

What Is Deleted

Deletion removes your account, its recovery email when present, and associated records of your sharing choices, app installation, information you chose to share, membership, and access to paid features. We also request deletion of your customer record from the service provider that helps manage purchases.

What Remains

Gear, spreads, trips, tuning observations, and settings stored only on your device are not removed when you delete your account. Remove local records separately in the app or through your device storage settings. Device backups may retain a separate copy.

Limited records of upload problems may remain after the connection to your app installation is removed. These records are scheduled for deletion once they are older than 30 days. Service provider logs and backups follow their retention settings. Apple or Google may retain purchase records under their own policies.

Deleting a Depth Vector account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription controls.
